I am a little hungover.
But that’s what you get from drinking FREE BEER, watching “Joey Boy” (apparently one of Thailand’s biggest name hip hop artists), seeing many many beer girls dancing all around the place on platforms, watching a “who’s the hottest chick” competition, and watching a Battle of the bands competion!!!
Last night was indeed cool. I left work last night at around 10pm i think and went with my mate Nick (designer and motion graphic artist at Finito) to check out what he said was a dancing competition his girlfriend Nan was involved with organising.

I had no idea it was going to end up being this big event sponsored by Leo beer.
Last week I went with some of the Finito folks to a bar on Thonglo soi 22 or somewhere to a bar called Cliq. Cool place. Anyway a hiphop group called Titanium was playing, which turns out to be the arch-nemisis/crew of “Joey Boy”. Last night I was really hoping their would be some mad gang driveby or fight – something hardcore.
So for your beer you got: battle of the bands, “hot chicks” contest, hip hop acts and fly girl dancers. Gee, I donno man, I think you may have been duped… I usually get a taxi voucher thrown in with my beer on top of all that. :p
haha!! yes indeed ripped off. Thailand seems really cool for this tye of thing. I think in Ozland it is illegal to give away alcohol?

Yup, that’s true my friend, promotional drinks are a no-go-zone Down Under. Never stopped two for one or happy hour though.
